REFUND & RETURN POLICIES

1. Exchange Policy: Products may be exchanged under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If the wrong item was received, the correct product will be exchanged as per the original order.

  • Incorrect Size: If the wrong size was received, the correct size will be exchanged.

  • Defective Product: If a defective product is received, an exchange will be made for the same item in the same size.

Please note, we do not offer cash refunds.

 

2. Eligibility for Return: To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product is in new, unused, and original condition with all packaging, price tags, and labels intact.

  • The return request is made within 7 days from the date the product was received.

  • The product is not stained, washed, damaged, or altered unless it is defective product.

  • The product is not a promotional item, accessory, jewelry, innerwear, or free gift.


Note: Any claims of incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase date will be credited in the full amount and the same form as the original payment type. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. You will not be required for the extra shipping charges for incorrect item/s being shipped.


 

3. Out-of-Stock Exchanges: If the exchange product is out of stock, the following options are available:

  • Exchange for another product of equal value.

  • A store credit will be issued for the original purchase price. Store credit will be valid for 100 days after receipt.

 

4. Return Limitations:

  • Only one return is allowed per order number. Orders using return credits cannot be returned again in the future.

 

Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Lazybird will cover the shipping charges for returns or exchanges if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, wrong size, or defective product).

  • Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges if the return is due to reasons listed in section 2(iv) or any other personal reason.

 

Acceptable Quality & Minor Defects:

  • Color Variation: Please allow for up to 20% color variation between the product and what appears on your monitor. Lighting and monitor settings may affect the appearance.

  • Size Tolerance: Measurements may vary by 2-4cm due to the nature of stretchable materials.

  • Printed Products: Printed items may have slight variations in print alignment or color. These differences are considered normal and not defects. Therefore, returns due to print variations will not be accepted.

Rights Reserved:

  • Lazybird reserves the right to reject return requests that are deemed habitual or suspicious of being made for resale purposes.

  • Lazybird’s decision on returns is final.

  • Lazybird reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice.
