DELIVERY POLICIES

Order Processing & Shipping:

  • We will process your order within 24-48 hours after payment is verified.

  • Your items will be delivered to your doorstep within 1-4 working days.

  • Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.

Delivery Schedule:

  • Deliveries are made on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays.

Shipping Charges within Malaysia:

  • Shipping fees are charged at a flat rate:

    • RM10 for West Malaysia

    • RM30 for East Malaysia

  • All orders and shipping fees will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The actual amount in your local currency may vary depending on your credit card issuer’s exchange rate.

COD & Self-Collection:

  • At the moment, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or self-collection options.
